(TSX-V: CSX) (“Clean Seed” or the “Company”) has successfully addressed the complaint filed against it by Harvest International Inc. in the US District Court for the Northern District of Iowa on July 16, 2019. In response to the lawsuit, the Company filed a Motion to Dismiss the key claims asserted. Before the court ruled on the Company’s motion, Harvest agreed to dismiss the lawsuit in its entirety with prejudice, ensuring that this matter is over and cannot be brought back to court in any form.
