April 11, 2013 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. (“Clean Seed” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: CSX) is pleased to announce the Company has entered into a Purchasing, Licensing and Distribution Agreement with Noble Tractor & Equipment Ltd. located in Armstrong and Kamloops, British Columbia. This agreement authorizes Noble Tractor & Equipment Ltd. (“Noble”) to market, sell and distribute Clean Seed’s No-Till equipment line in British Columbia.
Established in 1963 by Jack and Carolyn Noble, Noble has grown over the past 40 years from a two-person operation to one of the Interior of British Columbia’s essential agricultural businesses with over 30 employees. Their team includes factory trained service technicians and experienced sales representatives and parts specialists with a wide range of “all makes” equipment knowledge. Noble sells to customers in North America, Central America and Hong Kong.
“The moment I saw Clean Seed’s technology I knew I had found something special. The design features of both on-machine electronic metering and in ground components, in my opinion, put this technology a step above any other products that are on the market. We feel these units will fill a void in the No-Till marketplace that our customers will value. We can hardly wait to get in the field with the technology so that we can start selling.” Stated, Gord Gerrits, General Manager, Noble Tractor.
“We are delighted to be working with Noble Tractor & Equipment Ltd. This Purchasing, Licensing and Distribution Agreement represents an important strategic milestone for our company’s commercialization plans for our local B.C market. We are proud to be associated with a long standing equipment supplier that has been rooted in the agricultural market for over 40 years”. Stated, Graeme Lempriere CEO Clean Seed Capital.
